How long it takes to receive my perfumes?
All goods are shipped via DHL tracked service. All international orders are shipped via tracked and signed service where possible.
Germany: 2 / 3 days
Rest of the Europe: 4 / 6 days
Please Note: Delivery timescales are based on working days only. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched by Monday (except for bank holidays).
We cannot be held liable for any delays or loss of goods caused by DHL whilst goods are in transit as our products do not include transit insurance. If goods are lost in transit, any refunds or replacements offered will be on a goodwill gesture basis less our shipping costs. By purchasing, you accept Auto Parfums will not be held liable for goods lost in transit and do not need to offer refunds covering losses.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship in Europe. Just proceed through checkout as normal, an automatic international shipping charge is applied at checkout.
Spills - what should I do?
Clean up as soon as possible. Keep out of reach of children avoid eye contact and do not swallow – consult doctors if swallowed.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
We do not have a physicals shop yet that is open to public.
Still, if you want to test the perfumes and you want to visit us, give us a phone call and we can discuss the necessary details.
How identical are your products compared to the real ones?
They are over 90% identical to the designer fragrance. We do not represent our products to be from the original designer brands nor we do represent them to be exact copies.

What is the best way to store perfume
It is best to store fragrances out of the direct sunlight.
Are your products tested on animals?
Absolutely not! We love animals and do not test any of our product on animals.
Can I return or exchange a perfume if I don't like it?
No. All sales are final. Due to health and sanitary concerns, and to protect the integrity of our oils, fragrance oils are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We recommend purchasing sample sizes to ensure that you like the scents and that they perform properly in your applications before investing in large sizes. Note: Fragrance oils can best be judged when used in an actual application and not directly out of the bottle.
Can I apply your perfume directly on my skin?
Yes. Our perfumes are safe to be used on skin.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Yes, we can help you with this, but take in consideration that:
Orders made till 04:00 PM, will be sent in the same day.

What do I do if an order is damaged or incorrect?
Any damage or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Photographs of any damage/loss will be requested, so please do not throw package away until after photos have been submitted. If a package is heavily damaged upon receipt, please refuse package.
